What is Gamstop?
Gamstop is a free service that allows you to put controls in place to restrict your online gambling. Once you've registered, you'll be prevented from using gambling sites and apps run by companies licensed in Great Britain.
How it works:

- Choose your exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years)
- Your details will be shared with all licensed operators
